Our lineup includes experts in enterprise‑grade software, project and contract management, Caribbean charter operations, marine engineering, electrical systems, salvage diving, and hands‑on mechanical work with both outboard and diesel propulsion. We’re supported by seasoned office managers and administrative specialists with decades of experience in scheduling, billing, HR, and vessel‑based hospitality. Together, we bring a balanced mix of operational, technical, and organizational skills to every vessel we care for.
VesselCare operates as your project manager and facilitator, not as another all‑purpose technician. Our role is to coordinate the right specialists, verify the quality of their work, and keep every task aligned with your goals. We source trusted local craftsmen, schedule and oversee their contributions, and maintain clear documentation so nothing drifts or gets lost.
Every project we manage is built on transparent, verifiable financial control. When we engage a contractor on behalf of an owner, the owner sends the full funds required under the contractor’s terms into our escrow account. No work begins unless the down‑payment and the final payment are both secured. For example, if a contractor requires 50% to start and 50% on completion, the second 50% must already be held in escrow before phase‑two work proceeds. This protects owners from premature payments and gives contractors confidence that approved work will be paid in full. The result is a fair, accountable system that keeps everyone aligned and eliminates uncertainty.
